We are located in the small rural hamlet of Henley overlooking the beautiful Somerset Levels. Nearest small town is just 4 miles, Langport. We are central to, Taunton, Yeovil and Bridgwater, 30 minutes’ drive from us.
The nearest train station is Castle Cary Station 17 miles, 34-minute drive.
Alternatively, there is Yeovil Junction Station 18 miles, 36-minute drive.
Bridgwater Train Station 11 miles, 23-minute drive.
Taunton Station 15 miles, 32-minute drive.
A 25 % non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay. We advise you to take out holiday insurance when booking.
Check-in is from 3pm onwards, arriving late is no problem for us just let us know approximately your time of arrival. On your departure day, please depart by 10am the very latest, this allows us to thoroughly clean and have our shepherd’s huts ready for our next guests arriving.
Yes, we allow one small well behaved dog. We charge a small fee per stay £30.00 Occasionally we will accept a second dog if guest’s ask at no extra cost. Please enquire if you want to bring a second dog. Assistance Dogs are free.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Shepherd Huts and hot tubs. We reserve the right to charge, and additional cleaning charge should we find any evidence of smoking within the huts.
Yes, the Wi-Fi passcode is in the guest’s welcome folder.
Collie has four steps leading up to the double doors.
Shetland View has five steps leading up to the stable door.

Sorry no this is not allowed, only a maximum of two adults per hut is allowed.

We ask guest’s not to feed the miniature Shetlands. Thank you.
No sorry, the shepherd huts only cater for couples only. Collie Shepherd Huts is adjacent to a working farm. There are potential hazards and therefore not safe or suitable for children.
